American Museum of Fly Fishing English 《organization》
A museum of fly fishing located in Manchester, Vermont, U.S.A. close to the main shop of the Orvis company. The museum was established in 1968 and exhibits historical fishing rods, flies, books, and photographs. The anglers featured in the showpiece are: Daniel Webster, Dwight Eisenhower, Herbert Hoover, Andrew Carnegie, Samuel Morse, Ernest Hemingway, Theodore Gordon, Ray Bergman, George LaBranche, Edward Hewitt, Roy Steenrod, Joe Brooks, Preston Jennings, Mary Marbury, John Atherton, and others. Moreover, the museum displays fly rods made by Leonard, Payne, Thomas, Kosmic, Orvis, Murphy, and Edwards.
The museum publishes a seasonal magazine titled "The American Flyfisher"
